I have been off oil for 5 weeks. On Starch Smart for one week. I have had a bad rash on my face for a year that's never gone away. I I couldn't find out what was causing it either. But it is already responding! It is smoother, flush is lighter in color. Dr. Carney recommended using Acure skin cleanser and that is helping too. And I am loving my exercise program--60 minutes of walking. It's not so hard now. Thank you so much, Dr. Carney!!
