This meta-analysis utilized data from previously published studies that examined the effect of physical activity on the risk of sudden cardiac death. A total of 8 studies were included in this meta-analysis.
Data analysis revealed a 32% reduction in the incidence of sudden cardiac deaths among physically active individuals. This study further affirmed that engaging in physical activity regularly may brighten an individual's chances of preventing sudden cardiac death.
