Researchers discovered that low, moderate, and heavy drinking of alcohol increased the risk of developing different forms of cancer, including laryngeal, esophageal, breast, colorectal, stomach, liver, prostate, and pancreatic cancer. This study further affirmed that alcohol at all levels of consumption can facilitate the formation of cancerous cells and tumors in different parts of the body.
