This study was carried out to confirm the protective effect of high dietary exposure to phychemicals from plant foods against gynecological cancers, such as cervical, ovarian, and endometrial cancer. Data drawn out from numerous experimental studies were analyzed for this study.
A favorable association between heightened consumption of phytochemicals from plant foods and diminished risk of gynecological cancers was observed in this study. This research work emphasized the importance of incorporating plant foods as an integral part of a woman's diet for the prevention of gynecological cancers.
