Researchers utilized dietary information obtained from 191 Ethiopian men and women diagnosed with hypertension whose health was followed for 10 years.
Researchers discovered that regular consumption of fruits and vegetables lessened the risk of cardiovascular disease occurring in patients with hypertension.
