This study looked at the influence of consuming junk foods on the mental health of university students. A total of 506 university students enrolled for this study.
Researchers discovered that stress, anxiety, and depression occurred at a high frequency among lovers of junk foods. This study demonstrated that regular eating of junk foods may result in a spike in the prevalence of stress, anxiety, and depression among university students.
