Passionate consumption of fruits and vegetables may make middle-aged and older adults less likely to suffer from arthritis and osteoarthritis.
This study determined whether high dietary intake of fruits and vegetables can slash the risk of arthritis and osteoarthritis in middle-aged and elderly men and women.
