Women who enjoyed consuming processed cheese may have a high tendency to suffer from hypertension.
This study analyzed the relationship between the consumption of dairy products and the incidence of hypertension in women. Researchers surveyed more than 40,000 French women for 12.2 years. A total of 9,340 women had hypertension during the period of the study.
Researchers found out that hypertension occurred at higher rates among women who loved consuming processed cheese. The data from this study reveal that regular ingestion of processed cheese may make a woman more prone to suffering from hypertension.
