It seems that maybe there are multiple ways to the same success if they are based on a lot of greens and veggies. I have heard about Dr Brooke Goldner's protocol. This involves a lot of smoothies, raw veggies and large amounts of flaxseed and chia seeds. This seems so different from each other and I worry about the large amount of the seeds. I also have a question about meal orders. For eating with family, it is easier to adapt to grain and fruit breakfast and then lunch and dinner of greens and starchy vegetables. Does that work as well? Okay to do this while visiting others then revert back to Dr. Carney's recommendations when I return home? More ...
