We are happy to have you joining us. I have sent you a private message through our messaging system with a link to a free viewing of one of Dr. Carney's videos. Please let us know what you think about the video.
I am also curious about your web page which seems to be about raising lambs and chickens. Are you also exploring a whole foods plant based no oil lifestyle? How do the lambs and chickens fit into your lifestyle?
I would also like to thank you for changing your avatar photograph to better personalize the page. :-)
Please let me know if you need any technical assistance with the web site, or have any questions about how to use the site features.
Also, we do have quite a few support groups and a discussion forum. Here is one of the support groups that you can check out: https://www.drcarney.com/community/groups/5-weight-control-support
Thank you,
Sean Carney

Yes I am wfpb no oil.
I wish we had richer soil here, but I am in the flats/ridge of nofla, and it's sand and limestone-karst. Fine for a few things, but forget having a row of stupendous tomatoes. As the extension agent told me after I'd signed on the dotted line, "In the winter, we grow turnips. In the summer, we grow sorghum." Actually, the farms here grow watermelons just fine...with massive dollars put into fertigation. We have, in the past, grown a fine strain of Hickory King dent corn. But a dairy bought 3700 acres of cropland close to us, and one season, they planted that dang roundup resistant stuff and the crop duster ... well ... after that, we weren't growing heirloom corn any more. That tore it for me.
But, the sheep keep having lambs. We also have 11 cats - started out with one barn cat don't you know. And a dog. My husband would adopt every single dog in the state if he could. But there's only so much to go around.
I haven't looked at the video yet. I'm just happy to find a community of folks who think about something the same was I do. More ...
What a sad story about the roundup.
