Hi everyone,
My name Is Emily, you can call me Em. I am a mother of five children and my youngest just turned one year old this week. What brought me to this space is all about hormonal imbalances. I would like to learn more about it. To be honest, I,ve never really thought about this topic up until recently - i think as we age our body starts to behave differently to other environmental factors. I have been on plant based for almost three months and have lost 10 kgs, however i want to learn more about my body i.e hormonal issues . I am a Fijian from the small island of Fiji, residing in Melbourne, Australia for almost 18 years.
