I was born in England. I did a Zoology and Physiology B.Sc Honours degree and a Masters in Environmental Resources, then got a job as a computer analyst/programmer first in Cardiff Wales, then in London. After taking a year off travelling round Asia and Australia backpacking I and my partner decided we weren't tired of life but of commuting in and out of London so we emigrated to Adelaide in South Australia. We are still here but retired. I have had a continual battle with my weight since my teens. I am now at last on track to get to the best weight for me but am trying to eat healthily and there is a lot of contradictory advice on what that means!
