I am a massage therapist in Phoenix, AZ. I have been 100% completely vegan since 6/1/2015 but have been on a journey to a whole food plant based (low fat) diet for the past 3 years. I was a serious Crohn's sufferer for over a decade but with my switch to a vegan diet I have been off medication for almost 4 years now and mostly symptom free. I love learning about the power of food, diet, lifestyle, etc., and do what I can to share this information with my clients, family and friends.
