I live in a reirement community in Spariangfield, Va. I have been here for five years. I was married for 42 year to Barbara O'Keefe who died in 2015.
For 31 years I was a computer programmer with the Federal Government.
I have been overweight for 50 years (lots of ups and downs).My curent "personal mission statement" is To Eat To The Left of The Red Line--- reference is the back cover to the book "The Secrets To Ultimate Weifht Loss" by CHef AJ (2018). .
