I'm not sure where to find the private messages. I saw a link to the video but didn't see a download code with it.

When I click the link it takes me to a page to either buy or rent it. It didn't give me an option to download.

If you check your profile page there should be a little icon of an envelope. That is where I go to see the chats. Also, on the bottom right corner of every page you should also see a little blue 'chat' icon.
