Hello Jenny,
I just sent you a message via the private messenger on the site. I wanted to apologize in advance because we are working on a site redesign which we will implement shortly. At that time I believe that a lot of URLs will actually break. But, the new urls should be more search engine friendly. We are also going to try to make it easier to find our content by simplifying the menus. It is actually a big job and I am testing out a new look and feel and these changes on a test site now. I will keep you informed.
