After suffering from a life threatening cerebral hemorrhage, Type2 diabetes and a heart bypass operation I can relate to how sickness can overwhelm to the point it seems hopeless. I then discovered how diet relates to the disease. I am living proof food is medicine!

It was great meeting them too. They were also in the movie. Anyhow, your being a celebrity and joining us means that we have hit the big time. :-)
Please feel free to post questions in our forum and to answer any questions that are asked by others. And, let us know if you would like to create a group here or to start a blog.
We hope your health is continuing to improve and that you will be a blessing to others here.
BTW, We LOVE Dr. Mike Holly. He has been an inspiration to us!
