Dr. McDougall's Health and Medical Center provides a lively Discussion Board with a free membership. There is also extensive involvement with Jeff Novick, RD who even has a section of the discussion board intended specifically for you to get your questions answered by him. The site also has many Testimonies and Success Stories for your encouragement. There are plenty of Recipes and involvement from many "Star McDougaller's" who followed Dr. McDougall's dietary advice and have had tremendous results.

This discussion board is a gold mine of information and support. We very much appreciate the Starch-based emphasis of Dr. McDougall and highly recommend his book entitled The Starch Solution. We also very much appreciate the price of membership! The information provided is priceless. But, they do not charge you for it. That is a deal hard to resist.
