Association between Dietary Fibre Intake and Colorectal Adenoma: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
Devout consumption of foods loaded with fiber may help curb the onset of colorectal adenoma.
This meta-analysis examined whether frequent eating of high fiber foods is tied to improved odds of preventing colorectal adenoma. Researchers reviewed data and evidence collated from 21 scientific publications.
