Association between composite dietary antioxidant index and erectile dysfunction: a cross-sectional study from NHANES
Embracing a high antioxidant diet may help fend off erectile dysfunction in men.
The purpose of this research work was to ascertain the link between indulgence in antioxidant-containing foods and the occurrence of erectile dysfunction in men. Researchers studied 3 years worth of dietary and health data obtained from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) database.
Researchers noticed that erectile dysfunction was less likely to affect men who enjoyed eating foods packed with antioxidants. This study underscores the pivotal role high antioxidant diets can play in helping men to fight off erectile dysfunction.
