Smoking and Risk of Erectile Dysfunction: Systematic Review of Observational Studies with Meta-Analysis.
Cigarette smoking may heighten the risk of erectile dysfunction.
This meta-analysis assessed the relationship between cigarette smoking and the risk of erectile dysfunction. Researchers from China looked at the statistical link between smoking and the incidence of erectile dysfunction in 28,586 men.
Researchers found out that current and former smokers had higher tendency of developing erectile dysfunction than never smokers. The findings of this study reveal that cigarette smoking may be a contributing factor to the development of erectile dysfunction.
