Binge Drinking as a Risk Factor for Advanced Alcoholic Liver Disease
Binge drinking may give rise to alcoholic liver disease.
This study evaluated the role binge drinking plays in the development of alcoholic liver disease. Researchers compiled data and evidence obtained from eligible studies.
Data analysis revealed that binge drinking significantly raised the risk of suffering from advanced alcoholic liver disease. The results of this study showed that binging on alcohol may be harmful to liver health.
