Is there any association between dietary inflammatory index and quality of life? A systematic review

Imbibing the habit of consuming anti-inflammatory foods may help boost the quality of life of an individual.

Can the inflammatory potential of the diets consumed by individuals affect their quality of life (QOL)? Researchers seek to provide answer to the above question using data compiled from 8 scientific publications.

Researchers noted that consumers of anti-inflammatory diets enjoyed better quality of life than their counterparts who opted for pro-inflammatory foods. The results of this study suggest that individuals who want to improve their quality of life should switch to a diet rich in anti-inflammatory foods.
