Physical Activity and Risk of Hepatocellular Carcinoma: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
Partaking in physical activity regularly may help cut down hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer) risk in men and women.
This study utilized a meta-analytic approach to examine the correlation between physical activity and the probability of having hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer). Researchers collated data from 777,662 men and women who took part in 7 studies.
Data analysis showed that engaging in physical activity conferred individuals with lower risk of liver cancer. This study emphasized that adopting a physically active lifestyle may be effective for preventing hepatocellular carcinoma.
